The ghost light
The ghost light is left burning on an empty stage after the show is over and the crowds are gone.
It’s a symbol that promises a return to the stage and holds the space in the meantime.
The ghost light means that all is not forgotten, and the time between performances matters as well.
passion and purpose
What began as a passion project has evolved into something more. With my background as a therapist, I started with a fire to increase awareness and normalize getting mental health support in the music industry. This became The 27 Project.
From there, my creativity found a home in photographing the moments on stage that tell a story, that carry emotion, and that reveal truth.
Writing has always been a creative outlet for me. It felt only natural to combine words and images. I have a deep respect for the written word and storytelling. Journalism is vital for accountability, information, and publicity.
